You will need a sturdy chair on a non-slip surface (you can easily put the front legs on your Yoga Mat).
You will be welcome to use any props that help, like Blocks, Straps, blanket, rolled towel, bolsters, small pillow. I will explain all of these. Do not buy anything yet, you already have many things around your home that will work!
You may want to lie on your Yoga Mat, Bed, or whatever supports you best for the very restful Yoga Nidra Savasana!

Stability balls are a popular and versatile piece of fitness equipment used in gyms, homes, physical therapy sessions and even the workplace. Also known as exercise balls, Swiss balls, Physio balls, and balance balls, the purpose of the stability ball is to improve balance, muscle tone and core strength.
You will need a balance ball to get the full experience, however, if you are nervous about it rolling away and leaving you sitting on the ground, you can simple use a chair to follow along. You can also use your chair to hold onto as you adjust to the ball. We suggest that you put your ball on your Yoga Mat to keep it steady!
